This lovely waltz, from the french Musette tradition, was written by Michel Peguri, one of three accordion playing brothers of Italian origin. They lived in Paris in the 20's and 30's, where their father was a player and maker of accordions. Dermot originally heard the tune from five-row accordion player, Fintan Stanley, of Clogherhead, County Louth.
